My approach
My work is grounded in body-oriented psychotherapy, an approach that considers the connection between the body, emotions, and mind. Beyond verbal understanding, therapy can also involve developing greater awareness of bodily sensations, emotional responses, and relational patterns. This process can help release long-held tensions, deepen self-awareness, support emotional regulation, improve relationship dynamics, strengthen self-confidence and personal boundaries, and address attachment-related difficulties. The pace of therapy is always adapted to your needs and personal history.
Couples Therapy & Sex Therapy
Relationships can sometimes become a source of tension, distance, or misunderstanding. Therapy offers a supportive space to better understand relational patterns, improve communication, and reconnect with yourself and with each other.
I also support individuals and couples around intimacy, desire, emotional and sexual connection, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. The goal is not performance, but greater presence, authenticity, and connection.
