How I can support you

My approach
My work is grounded in a relational and somatic approach to psychotherapy.
Emotional difficulties are not only held in our thoughts. They also live in our bodies, our emotions and the way we relate to ourselves and others.
By working with these different dimensions, therapy can support meaningful and lasting change, at a pace that respects each person's unique experience.
Let's connect
I'm Eric Servat, a certified psychotherapist trained in body-oriented and Gestalt psychotherapy.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 20 years supporting people, teams and organisations in complex international environments. That experience continues to inform the way I accompany adults, couples and expats today.
I offer therapy in a confidential, respectful and compassionate setting, in English or French.
Choosing a therapist is an important decision.
If you would like to explore whether we are a good fit, I invite you to book a complimentary 20-minute introductory phone call to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.
