in Paris

Relational, body-oriented and attachment-informed psychotherapy for adults, couples, expats and international clients.
Why seek therapy?
You may be experiencing:
-
stress, anxiety or emotional overwhelm
-
burnout, exhaustion or loss of meaning
-
recurring relationship difficulties
-
low self-esteem or feelings of disconnection
-
physical tension, chronic stress or difficulty relaxing
-
emotional patterns that keep repeating
-
life transitions, loneliness or inner confusion
You may also have already tried talk therapy and feel that something remains unresolved on a deeper level.
My approach
My work integrates body-oriented psychotherapy, relational therapy and attachment-based perspectives. It considers the connection between body, emotions and mind, and how emotional and relational experiences can become embodied over time.
Beyond verbal understanding, therapy may also involve greater awareness of bodily sensations, emotional responses and relational patterns. This process can support emotional regulation, self-awareness, healthier boundaries and more fulfilling relationships.
I offer an emotionally focused and relational approach, adapted to your needs, pace and personal history.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can become places of tension, emotional distance, recurring conflict or loneliness. Couples therapy offers a space to better understand relational and attachment patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict differently, and rebuild emotional connection. I work with couples facing difficulties around communication, trust, emotional disconnection, intercultural dynamics, life transitions or recurring relational patterns.

Sex Therapy
Sexuality and intimacy are often closely connected to emotional safety, self-esteem, attachment and relational dynamics. Sex therapy can help explore intimacy concerns, desire differences, sexual communication, emotional disconnection, shame or recurring patterns affecting intimate relationships. The aim is not performance, but greater authenticity, connection and safety.
How sessions work
Sessions take place in a respectful, confidential and non-judgmental setting, and may include:
-
time for dialogue and reflection
-
attention to bodily sensations and emotions
-
exploration of emotional and relational patterns
-
grounding and integration work
The intention is to help you reconnect with yourself in a more embodied, authentic and sustainable way.
