My role is not to change you or provide ready-made answers, but to support you in developing a deeper understanding of your emotional patterns, relational dynamics and way of functioning.

Therapeutic work invites attention to what is experienced in the present moment: bodily sensations, emotions, thoughts and the way we relate to ourselves and others. This exploration can gradually foster greater awareness, inner freedom and capacity for choice.

Fees

• Individual Psychotherapy & Sex Therapy

80 € — 50-minute session

• Reduced Fee

60 € — students or specific financial situations

​

• Couples Therapy

130 € — 90-minute session

​

• Postural Integration

900 € — cycle of 10 sessions (90 minutes each)

​

The rhythm and modalities of the therapeutic process are defined together during the first session according to your needs and situation.

​

Therapeutic Framework

This work is not reimbursed by the French healthcare system. It is based on a free and personal commitment to the therapeutic process.

Sessions generally take place every two weeks.

Additional support between sessions may occasionally be offered by email, phone or video consultation if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

After this delay, a 60 € fee will be charged, except in cases of force majeure.

Ethical Framework

I adhere to the codes of ethics of the EAP (European Association for Psychotherapy) and the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council).
