"Think as a man of action, act as a man of thought". Bergson

Do you want to give your life a new direction, to live your deepest values, to make a powerful action plan. Do you often find yourself caught in the same difficulties and inextricable situations? Do you have the feeling of experiencing internal dissensions that slow you down or freeze you? Do you need to share this with someone other than your loved ones with a caring and competent professional respecting client confidentiality?

I'll be there for you, encouraging you to believe in yourself, to reconnect with your talents, values and motivations towards your goals. It is about giving them concrete shape and body through mindful actions. It is about setting you free and guiding from where you think you are to where you want to be. You will feel fully respected and invited to display your capabilities and commitment to work outside of your comfort zone. You'll be able to think more for yourself and define smart goals attainable in a near term.

The clients I have worked with were able to reach the following goals:

- learning a new skill and or improving personal performance,
- developing deeper self-belief and confidence,
- becoming a more effective leader now,
- communicating more effectively with others,
- finding greater meaning, satisfaction and balance in their life and work.

My approach of coaching is integrative: I use a range of different approaches (experiential Gestalt, Neuro Linguistic Programming, centering, grounding, breathwork ...) selecting the right tool for the person and problem I am working with. I adapt and flex to meet coachees’ needs and select the most effective approach to help. Across these techniques, you will be able to:

o Develop the ability to accept and hold faults, in ourselves and others, without judgment.
o Learn to recognize and create a space for potential without expectation.
o Deepen and align levels of connection with ourselves and others.
o Expand awareness of you and others in a situation with the best interest of that relation in mind.
o Establish practices for remaining grounded and present in the face of uncertainty, vulnerability and difficult feelings.
As an example of helping you to grow and evolve at the identity level, I have adapted Paul Rebillot's Hero's Journey to personal coaching. It has proved to sustain clients' generative change and integrate their wounds and "shadows".
The Hero's Journey was first developed in 1973 at Esalen Institute, Big Sur, California by Paul Rebillot, a Gestalt Therapist. To know more about it, please click on the star :
