I believe that each of us has the capacity to become the author of our own life. Part of my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, your needs and your own direction — a journey I have also experienced in my own way.
I was born in the French Pyrenees and, from an early age, felt a strong desire for freedom, discovery and meaningful human connection.
Over the years, life took me to the USA, Greece, Haiti, London and Paris, where I encountered different cultures, ways of living and ways of relating to oneself and others. Along the way, I experienced both achievement and uncertainty, movement and moments of deeper inner transformation.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in a variety of fields: as a commodity buyer, manager-coach, mental skills coach in rugby, head of humanitarian missions, tutor for young adults in difficulty, teacher in sustainable development, and director of environmental and social projects. Today, I work as a coach, mentor and psychotherapist.
These transitions were not always easy. For many years, I tried to adapt, fit in and meet external expectations. Gradually, I learned to listen more carefully to myself, trust my feelings, respect my limits and allow change when life called for it. I also discovered that asking for support can be a form of strength rather than weakness.
Today, I feel more grounded in who I am while remaining deeply connected to others. This ongoing personal journey helps me accompany clients with openness, sensitivity and respect for each person’s unique path.
My work is rooted in a humanistic and embodied approach that values the connection between body, emotions and mind. I believe that meaningful and lasting change does not come only through intellectual understanding, but also through developing greater awareness of oneself — emotionally, physically and relationally.
Since 2011, I have accompanied women and men in both French and English through coaching and psychotherapy. I support people facing periods of transition, emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, existential questioning or a desire for deeper alignment in their lives.
My intention is not to tell you who to become, but to help you reconnect with your own inner resources, values and capacity for choice. Therapy can become a space where new possibilities emerge, where greater freedom develops, and where change becomes more deeply integrated.
A supportive therapeutic relationship, embodied presence and ongoing professional development are central foundations of my practice.
