As an English-speaking therapist in Paris, I work with adults seeking depth-oriented and body-aware psychotherapy. I help people who feel stuck in stress, emotional tension, or with recurring relationship patterns reconnect with their body thanks to Postural Integration© respecting their boundaries & pace.

Body work is never imposed. We always discuss what feels right for you, and your consent and comfort guide the process at every step. Some sessions may focus mainly on conversation and awareness; others may include posture, breathing, or hands-on work, depending on your needs and readiness.
This is not massage, coaching, or advice-giving. It is a therapeutic process that supports awareness, emotional expression, and regulation of the nervous system. The goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with your sensations, emotions, and internal resources so change can emerge naturally.

Sessions 1-7: in-depth work on legs, pelvis, rib cage, arms, head & back.

Sessions 8-10: integrative phase to harmonize your movements and become more aware of them.

90mn sessions every 15 days.
People often notice a greater sense of ease, improved posture, freer breathing, or simply a deeper connection to their body. Changes happen gradually and at each person’s own pace. The goal is not to change your body, but to support it in functioning with more comfort, coherence, and ease.
