A confidential space, facilitated by a somatic psychotherapist. A men's circle to share what you're going through, reconnect with yourself, and build genuine connections with others.
Why join a men's circle?
This group is open to all men, regardless of age, nationality, culture, sexual orientation or life experience.
By sharing your own story and listening to others, you may discover new perspectives on yourself, your relationships and the ways you respond to life's challenges.
The group can be particularly supportive if you are experiencing:

a major life or career transition;

relationship or family difficulties;

separation or divorce;

stress, anxiety or burnout;
-
loneliness or isolation;
-
questions around identity, purpose or masculinity;

or simply a desire to live with greater authenticity and presence.
No previous experience is required. You are always free to share as much or as little as you wish.
Rather than giving advice or debating ideas, the circle offers a confidential space where you can explore what is happening in your life through conversation, emotional awareness, relationships and, when appropriate, attention to the body.
Its purpose is not to help you become someone else's idea of a "better man", but to support you in discovering your own authentic way of being.
