Sex Therapist Paris
Intimacy often begins where we finally feel free to be ourselves.
When desire fades, intimacy becomes difficult, or sexuality is a source of anxiety, shame or distress, it is easy to feel isolated or misunderstood.
Yet these difficulties are rarely only about sex.
They often reflect deeper needs for safety, trust, freedom, connection and the ability to be fully ourselves in the presence of another.
Sex therapy offers a respectful, confidential and non-judgmental space to explore these questions, whether you come on your own or as a couple.

I work with individuals and couples experiencing ...
-
low or absent sexual desire
-
sexual or relationship difficulties
-
anxiety, shame or emotional blocks related to sexuality
-
intimacy or communication challenges within a relationship
-
feeling disconnected from the body or from emotions
-
questions around identity, masculinity, femininity or relationships
-
recurring patterns affecting intimacy and emotional connection.
My approach
My work integrates Gestalt therapy, somatic psychotherapy and contemporary relational approaches.
Rather than focusing on symptoms or performance, we explore together what is happening in your body, your emotions and your relationships.
When appropriate, we also pay attention to bodily sensations, breathing and emotional responses, which often reveal what words have not yet been able to express.
Over time, many people discover a freer and more compassionate relationship with their body, their sexuality and themselves.
Men's Circles and Workshops
Alongside individual and couples therapy, I also facilitate group experiences exploring masculinity, femininity, authenticity, intimacy and relationships.

“I contacted Eric during a period when tension in my relationship, stress, and a sense of disconnection from myself were also affecting my intimacy. The sessions helped me become more attuned to my body, regain confidence, and experience relationships in a more peaceful and authentic way.”
