Sex Therapy in Paris
Sexuality and intimcy are deeply connected to our personal, emotional, relational and bodily history. Sexual difficulties are not only about the body or performance: they often relate to trust, desire, self-image, emotional safety and the relationship to oneself and to others.
Sex therapy offers a respectful and non-judgmental space to explore these questions with sensitivity and authenticity.

I work with individuals and couples facing:
-
low or absent desire
-
sexual or relational difficulties
-
anxiety, shame or blocks related to sexuality
-
intimacy or communication difficulties within the couple
-
emotional or bodily disconnection
-
questions around masculinity, femininity or relational identity
-
recurring patterns affecting intimate and emotional life
A Gestalt and body-oriented approach
My approach to sex therapy is grounded in Gestalt therapy and body-oriented psychotherapy, paying close attention to the interaction between body, emotions, thoughts and relationship.
Gestalt therapy emphasizes present-moment experience, self-awareness and the quality of contact with others. It helps explore what unfolds within the relationship, emotional needs, protective mechanisms and difficulties in fully connecting with oneself and with others.
The body-oriented approach also considers that certain tensions, fears or relational wounds may become embodied over time. Therapeutic work may therefore include attention to bodily sensations, breathing, emotions and physical reactions connected to intimacy and sexuality.
The goal is not performance, but the development of a more authentic, alive and peaceful relationship with oneself, the body and others.
How do sessions work?
Sessions take place in a confidential, ethical and supportive setting.
Therapeutic work may include:

“I contacted Eric during a period when tension in my relationship, stress, and a sense of disconnection from myself were also affecting my intimacy. The sessions helped me become more attuned to my body, regain confidence, and experience relationships in a more peaceful and authentic way.”
